EdenRidge offers two discounts: Ministry Workers (80% discount) and all others (50% discount):

Ministry Workers (80% discount off our standard rates) - discount code 'mission'
Ministry workers receive an 80% discount off our standard rates. Please use the discount code mission to receive the discount. The discount applies only to cabins occupied by ministry workers, regardless of who makes the reservation. A ministry worker, as defined by EdenRidge, is an individual or a family unit who has served, is serving, or is on their way to serving full-time in ministry-related work. This includes missionaries, pastors, or employees of churches and parachurch organizations.

If you are a ministry worker organizing a family reunion or gathering, cabins occupied by non-ministry workers qualify for a 50% discount (discount code retreat). Please note that you will need to make two separate reservations in our system; one using the mission discount code for the cabin(s) occupied by ministry workers, and one using the retreat discount code for the cabin(s) occupied by non-ministry workers.

* a housekeeping fee is added to all cabin reservations (per reservation; not per night). The fee is $70 for the studio and one-bedroom cabins, $85 for the two-bedroom cabins, $100 for the three-bedroom cabin, and $125 for the three-bedroom XL cabin.
All other guests - (50% discount off our standard rates) - discount code ‘retreat’
EdenRidge welcomes all guests who agree with our Statement of Faith, regardless of whether or not they work in Christian ministry. Guests who do not qualify for our Ministry Workers 80% discount can still enjoy a 50% off discount. Please use the discount code retreat.

Reservation changes: If you need to change your reservation, please contact us at rest@edenridge.org. If the change reduces the number of nights, pushes back your arrival date, or involves you moving to a less expensive cabin, the cancellation rules will apply (see below).
​
Reservation cancellations: ​Cancellations for reservations for which the arrival date is 30 or more days from the day you contact us will receive a 100% credit towards a future stay. Cancellations for reservations for which the arrival date is within 30 days of your arrival date are not eligible for a credit. Please email us at rest@edenridge.org to let us know if you need to cancel your reservation.

EdenRidge Policies and Statement of Faith (click here to review). As part of the reservation process, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and that you agree with this document. EdenRidge reserves the right to deny the use of its campus and facilities to those who do not align with biblical standards or our ministry’s statement of faith.

Check-in is 3 pm or later; check-out is by 10 am.

A note about Wi-Fi: We encourage guests to use their own cellphones and personal hotspots according to their individual data plans. Free Wi-Fi is available at the Welcome Center.
