Missionaries (80% discount off our standard rates) - discount code 'mission'

 

Missionary Discount: Missionaries receive an 80% discount off our standard rates. Please use the discount code mission to receive the discount. The discount applies only to cabins occupied by missionaries, regardless of who makes the reservation. A missionary, as defined by Mission to Missionaries, is an individual or a family unit who has served, is serving, or is on their way to serving full-time under the umbrella of an evangelical missionary organization.

If you are a missionary organizing a family reunion or gathering, cabins occupied by non-missionaries qualify for a 40% discount (discount code family). Please note that you will need to make two separate reservations in our system; one using the mission discount code for the cabin(s) occupied by missionaries, and one using the family discount code for the cabin(s) occupied by non-missionaries.

Studio: $275/night - 80% discount = $55.00/night + tax *

One-bedroom cabins: $325/night - 80% discount = $65.00/night + tax *

Two-bedroom cabins: $375/night - 80% discount = $75.00/night + tax *

Three-bedroom cabin: $475/night - 80% discount = $95.00/night + tax *

Meeting Room: $550/day - 80% discount = $110/day + tax

Board Room: $275/day - 80% discount = $55/day + tax

Christian workers (60% discount off our standard rates) - discount code 'ministry'

 

Ministry Discount: Employees of ministry organizations including mission agencies, churches, universities, radio stations, etc. receive a 60% discount off our standard rates. Please use the discount code ministry to receive the discount. Please note that the discount applies only to cabins occupied by those in ministry, regardless of who makes the reservation.

One-bedroom cabins: $325/night - 60% discount = $130/night + tax *

Two-bedroom cabins: $375/night - 60% discount = $150/night + tax *

Three-bedroom cabin: $475/night - 60% discount = $190/night + tax *

Reservation changes: If you need to change your reservation, please contact us at rest@edenridge.org. If the change reduces the number of nights, pushes back your arrival date, or involves you moving to a less expensive cabin, the cancellation rules will apply (see below). 

​

Reservation cancellations: ​Cancellations for reservations for which the arrival date is 30 or more days from the day you contact us will receive a 100% credit towards a future stay. Cancellations for reservations for which the arrival date is within 30 days of your arrival date are not eligible for a credit. Please email us at rest@edenridge.org to let us know if you need to cancel your reservation.

EdenRidge Policies and Statement of Faith (click here to review). As part of the reservation process, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and that you agree with this document. EdenRidge reserves the right to deny the use of its campus and facilities to those who do not align with biblical standards or our ministry’s statement of faith.

Check-in is 3 pm or later; check-out is by 10 am.

A note about Wi-Fi: We encourage guests to use their own cellphones and personal hotspots according to their individual data plans. Free Wi-Fi is available at the Welcome Center.
